Design and construction
At the request of the market, the process of realizing the final product begins with the design and creation of the product model on the computer in our project office. After the adoption of the design, the construction of the tools and auxiliary equipment necessary for the realization of the product follows. All design and construction activities are performed in the latest versions of CAD/CAM programs, while tool making is done in a modern tool room with CNC machines, which shortens the time between the customer's request and placing the product on the market.
Technological processes
The basis of the technological process is sheet metal processing by plastic deformation, including punching, cutting, bending, deep drawing and drawing. We especially stand out in the field of deep drawing for the production of pike, both classic and boiler, which ensures the best built-in characteristics on the market.
Equipment and serial production
We own a large number of eccentrics and hydraulic presses, which enables serial production and constant availability of certain products. Products made of high-quality deep drawing sheet metal are surface protected by galvanizing in our surface protection plant. The thickness of the protective layer is 12±2 µm and is strictly controlled according to the sample principle.
Raw materials and supplies
For the production of final products, we use low-carbon sheet metal with a thickness of 0.4-1 mm and prochromic sheet metal with a thickness of 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6 mm. Prochrome sheet, purchased from leading Western European manufacturers, is a raw material for the production of ventilation grills, sinks and bathtub doors, characterized by exceptional chemical stability and resistance to corrosion.
Design and aesthetics
The design of ventilation grilles and drains contributes to the aesthetic value of the interior, providing quality and visually appealing products.
Production
The company's production facilities are located on an area of 14,000 m2 and are located in Stalac. The entire production is adapted to European standards, innovations are continuously introduced, personnel are improved and the most modern machines are acquired. All this distinguishes the company's tool room as one of the most modern and well-equipped in Serbia.
