Purpose and characteristics
Wall grid with movable slats serves for supplying and removing air in ventilation, air conditioning or heating systems.
It is on the wall grille. built-in flow regulator with opposite wings and common drive (dumper). The "RP" flow regulator is used in various air systems to change the air volume or air pressure. It is possible to control the air flow on the regulator itself by manual adjustment through the ceiling grid. For the needs of the market, it is possible to install an electroregulator.
In the frame of the lattice independently manually movable slats in one row are installed. By turning the slats, the direction of the air flow is adjusted.
Grid shape enables easy fitting into the high demands of the interior, and at the same time a large air exchange capacity without noise and turbulence.
Air flow is enabled in 1 or 2 directions, so that the air wave is quickly mixed with the air in the room.
Production
The wall grid and the flow regulator are made of aluminum Al.6060, and the profiles are obtained by cold extrusion.
Surface protection
The surface protection applied to this product is:
Anodizing: This electrochemical process perfectly protects aluminum. Anodized parts have a high gloss (>80%) and a protective layer 8-12 μm thick, which is resistant to temperatures from -40ºC to +300ºC. As standard, the products are in the natural color of aluminum, but upon special request they can be in other colors.
Plasticization: This process involves applying a layer of paint that provides excellent protection for aluminum parts. The surface of the product is smooth and shiny (>80%), and the protective layer with a thickness of 60-80 μm is resistant to temperatures from -40ºC to +200ºC. Standard colors are white and brown, but it is possible to order other colors upon special request.
Installation method
Wall grille is installed on the wall or on suspended ceilings, in small, medium or large rooms (pantries, bathrooms, apartments, department stores, restaurants, conference rooms, etc.)
The installation of the wall grating is safe and simple, and is done by means of a screw connection through the opening on the body of the grating, and according to the project documentation that is provided for the building where the installation is carried out.
