Durch die Verzinkung entsteht eine Schutzschicht mit einer Dicke von 8-12\u00b5m, die im Temperaturbereich von -40\u00baC bis +300\u00baC stabil ist.<\/p><p><strong>Plastifizierung:<\/strong> Bei diesem Verfahren wird eine Lackschicht aufgetragen, die einen hervorragenden Schutz f\u00fcr Aluminiumteile bietet. Die Oberfl\u00e4che des Produkts ist glatt und gl\u00e4nzend (&gt;80%) und die Schutzschicht mit einer Dicke von 60\u201380 \u03bcm ist temperaturbest\u00e4ndig von -40\u00baC bis +200\u00baC. Die Standardfarben sind Wei\u00df und Braun, auf Sonderwunsch k\u00f6nnen jedoch auch andere Farben bestellt
